Shipping Rates and Policy

All goods sold by us are delivered Priority Express using a trackable carrier i.e. FedEx, UPS or TNT. Once your products have been shipped we will email the shipment tracking number and instructions on how to track your shipment. This tracking number will enable you to track the exact status of your parcel.

Length of Time to Receive Order
We ship most orders within 1 to 3 business days.

Example:
A courier shipment to United States will take 2 to 3 business days to arrive. Hence, a typical order shipped to an address in United States will take 3 to 6 business days to reach its destination.

Delivery of Shipment
All shipment will be shipped from our Distribution Office located outside of the United States. Shipment will be shipped via FedEx, UPS or TNT with a trackable number. We will email you the necessary tracking information (ie. 12 digit tracking number) as soon as your order is shipped from our Distribution Office. Please track your shipment online with the tracking number provided. You should expect delivery of your shipment within 3 to 5 business days. To track your shipment online, please click here

It is advisable for you to arrange to personally pick up your shipment at our appointed courier's station closest to your destination shipping address. You could then call the courier's local number to arrange for delivery.

The other alternative for delivery would be door-to-door delivery service. You could arrange with the courier for door-to-door delivery service. All orders are shipped "signature required". You are required to sign for your shipment upon delivery at the shipping address provided. Please note that we will not be held responsible for any shipment lost if it was signed by an unauthorized party at the shipping address provided.

Please also note that we WILL NOT be held responsible for any shipment lost due to a customer having signed a "signature release form", which would authorize our courier to leave the shipment in front of the door at the shipping address provided. The customer will be fully responsible for any lost shipment caused by signing a "signature release form".

Kindly note that shipment will be delivered to a physical shipping address only. P.O. BOX or Mailbox shipping addresses will not be accepted. You will need to provide the destination shipping address phone number, correct postal/zip code and correct shipping address information in order to ensure delivery of your shipment.
